Project Management — kdt consulting

Whether a project is non-profit or for-profit they can include an ethical component to match an organisation’s values and to meet specific targets. I have experience working with budgets ranging from 15,000 € one-off projects to programs receiving 700,000 € in annual funding, including management of arms-length projects.

As with other indicators, measuring success can be done when working in applied ethics. Specific requirements that come from an organisation’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be developed for each stage of the project.

Overall, examples of what to consider when managing a project include cost-assessment review and the inclusion of rights and values.
